Solar panels for homes in Mallorca

We design your solar installation around your roof orientation and real consumption, without oversizing it. A lower electricity bill, with no invasive works and no surprises along the way.

What it includes

  • Consumption study based on your real bills
  • High-efficiency TopCon N-Type panels
  • Hybrid inverter, battery-ready
  • Production and consumption monitoring app

How many panels does my home need?

It depends on your annual consumption, the orientation and tilt of your roof, and the shade cast by nearby buildings or trees. For a detached home in Mallorca with average consumption, a system of 3 to 6 kWp (6 to 12 panels) is typical, although every case is different.

That is why we always start with a study of your real bills before proposing a number of panels: installing more than you need does not save you money, it only costs you.

Self-consumption with surplus or with a battery

You can feed the surplus you do not consume back to the grid and receive a credit on your bill, or store it in a battery to use at night. In Mallorca's Mediterranean climate, with good irradiation for much of the year, both options pay off — a battery makes the most sense if your night-time consumption is high.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need council permission to install solar panels on my home?

In most Mallorcan municipalities a prior notification is enough, not a full building licence. We handle the municipal paperwork and the legalisation with Red Eléctrica.

How long does the installation take?

The rooftop installation usually takes 1-2 days with our own team. The total timeline, including permits and legalisation, varies by council.

Can I finance the installation?

Yes, and you can also apply for the grants and deductions available in the Balearics — we help you process them. See our up-to-date grants guide.
