Through the contact form on this website we collect the following data, always provided voluntarily by the user:

• Name
• Phone
• Email
• Message or additional comments
• Electricity bill or other documents the user voluntarily chooses to attach to the form (these may contain data such as the supply address, the CUPS reference and electricity consumption). They are used solely to prepare the quote and are kept in Solartec Mallorca's email inbox; the user may request their deletion at any time
• Solar calculator simulation data (estimated bill, savings, number of panels, roof surface, battery), if the user has used this tool before submitting the form

The purpose is solely to handle the request for a quote or information and to be able to contact the user to respond to their query.

The legal basis for processing the data is the user's consent, given expressly when filling in and submitting the contact form.

The data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship and its deletion is not requested, and in any case for the legally required periods.

Data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. The contact form data is processed on Cloudflare infrastructure (web hosting and serverless function) and delivered by email via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email provider that forwards the message to Solartec Mallorca and does not use it for its own purposes. Both act as data processors under the guarantees required by data protection regulations.

The user may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending an email to info@solartecmallorca.es.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with current regulations.

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a web analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect identifiable personal data. Plausible generates visit statistics in an aggregated and anonymous way (page views, traffic source, device), without tracking individual users across websites or over time.

For this reason, the site does not display a cookie consent banner: no analytics, advertising or tracking cookie is installed.

The solar calculator on this website temporarily stores in the user's browser local storage (localStorage) the results of their simulation (bill, estimated savings, number of panels, etc.), solely to be able to show them again if they revisit the page or continue to the contact form.
