Collective self-consumption for residential communities in Mallorca
A single installation on the building's roof, with the energy shared between the homes that join the project. We help you with the technical side and with processing the agreement at the owners' meeting.
What it includes
- Configurable energy sharing between homes
- Processing of the owners' meeting agreement
- A single generation point on the shared roof
- Per-home monitoring app
How the energy is shared between neighbours
Collective self-consumption lets you share the energy generated on the shared roof between several supply points (homes) according to coefficients agreed among the participants. Each neighbour keeps their own electricity contract but sees their bill reduced by the solar energy allocated to them.
What the community needs to approve
It requires an agreement at the owners' meeting and, in some cases, reinforced majorities depending on the community's statutes. We support you with the technical and financial proposal to present to the meeting.

What majority is needed at the owners' meeting to approve it?
It depends on whether it is installed on common elements and on each community's statutes. We help you prepare the proposal with the information the property manager needs.
Do all neighbours have to take part?
Not necessarily. Collective self-consumption allows only the interested owners to join, with proportional sharing between them.
